Please note that the Representative Office only accepts applicants with a prior appointment. We can serve only one person at a time, so it is necessary to book appointments for each applicant.

Only registered applicants with an appointment can enter the Consular Section of the Office.

In the absence of the above conditions, applicants will not be allowed to enter.

Appointments:

Currently all our services are subject to prior appointment. To schedule an appointment, please contact us by phone (02 240 7676). In case your call is not answered, please send us an e-mail to mission.ram@mfa.gov.hu with your phone number and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Appointments can be scheduled with the Office by providing the applicants’ personal data and contact details (name, e-mail address and phone number), as well as the clear indication of the type of service needed. Please make sure to check the consular section of our website where you can find detailed information concerning the different services.

 

Fees:

Consular fees are determined in EUR. Please note that our Office is a cashless office. Consular fees can only be paid using credit/debit cards that are valid for international transactions/payments (e.g. Visa, Mastercard). We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. Should the card not be authorized at the issuing bank for international payments, the payment will be rejected. Our Office cannot help in such cases and the applicant has to contact the issuing bank. Unfortunately, other types of payment are not accepted.

 

„Pick-up” hours:

Once the requested document is ready for pick-up, our Office will notify the applicant by phone or via e-mail. After receiving the notification, applicants can collect their documents during working hours with prior notification made by phone.

Recipients must prove their identity with a valid photographic ID upon receiving their documents. In case of receiving other persons’ or minors’ documents, a valid authorization form/ power of attorney must be presented together with the copy of the authorisers’ photographic ID.

 

Emergency:
