On 5 April, 2018, Dr. Csaba Rada, Head of Mission held a meeting with Dr. Sabri Saidam, Minister of Education and Higher Education of Palestine. Mr. Rada Csaba told that the field of education was of particularly importance to Hungary in the bilateral cooperation, and in the framework of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme we offer full degree studies for 60 Palestinian students yearly. Furthermore our country provides scholarships to young Christians in the Middle East as well.
The Palestinian Minister praised the decades-long cooperation in the field of education, which has developed seriously in the recent years. He underlined that in the framework of that bilateral cooperation Palestine was ready to accept Hungarian students and young people who want to learn Arabic.
