On 22 January, 2018, Dr. Csaba Rada, Head of the Representative Office of Hungary in Ramallah met with Dr. Abdullatif Abu Hijleh, President of the Birzeit University and Dr. Amir Khalil Director of External Academic Relations. Csaba Rada informed them that we would like to continue the academic cooperation with Birzeit University in order to deepen our relations in the field of higher education. To this end, we are planning to bring Hungarian Middle East experts to give lectures and academic delegations to the Palestinian university during the year. Mr. Hijleh welcomed the openness from the Hungarian side to review the possible future cooperation with the Palestine Techno Park, which is currently under preparations.
